Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mozenthra Tech Corporation Private Limited (“Mozenthra Tech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value our customers and strive to provide the best quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
 

1. Service-Based Model

We are a service-based organization offering software development, AI integration, IT consulting, digital solutions, and related professional services.

As such, we do not sell physical products. All services are digital, customized, and project-specific.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in specific circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error.

  • Payment made for services that were not initiated or delivered.

  • Major failure to meet agreed-upon project deliverables (as per signed agreement or service scope).

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 business days of the transaction at support@mozenthratech.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Transaction ID or invoice number

  • Service name and description

  • Reason for refund request

All refund claims will be reviewed by our billing and legal department before approval.
 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Services that have already been initiated or completed.

  • Partial work delivered as per agreed milestones.

  • Delays or issues caused by the client (e.g., incomplete information, delayed approvals).

  • Change of mind after project commencement.

  • Any third-party service, API, or integration costs already incurred.

Once a project or service is delivered successfully, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Projects can be canceled before commencement with written notice.

  • Once the project starts and resources are allocated, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Any refund during cancellation will be evaluated proportionally based on work completed.
     

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

  • Transaction or processing fees (if any) charged by the payment gateway may be deducted.

All our offerings—such as software solutions, IT services, web applications, and consulting—are delivered electronically via:

  • Cloud access, or

  • Online collaboration platforms.

No shipping or courier services are applicable.
 

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines for services vary based on the project scope and are mutually agreed upon in written communication or contract.
We ensure timely delivery of all digital services as per the project plan.
 

3. No Physical Shipment

Since all services are digital, customers will not receive any physical shipment, package, or material goods from Mozenthra Tech.
